To handle erratic pipeline loads caused by fluid viscosity, fluid velocity, or high working system pressures, OMKEE engines the OMK-250C motor with a 1.3x to 1.5x torque safety reserve. Crucial parameters—such as motor temperature rise curves, rotational inertia, and insulation strength—are strictly tested. This design ensures the actuator can handle frequent start-stop cycles, even under full or overloaded conditions.
Managing 2500 Nm of torque requires an uncompromised drive joint. The inner copper worm wheel is forged from a high-performance aluminum bronze alloy, paired with a 40Cr alloy steel worm shaft that has undergone thermal tempering and black-oxide anti-rust plating.
Instead of fragile one-piece structures that snap under sudden rotational shocks, the OMK-250C relies on a high-strength spline connection to lock the output shaft and the worm gear together. This setup spreads heavy mechanical torque evenly across the joint, protecting the assembly from stress failure at the shaft neck.
Premium Reduction Gears: All reduction gears are precision-cut from high-grade quenched and tempered steel, yielding high fatigue resistance, minimal wear, and low operating noise. The reduction box uses cast ADC12 aluminum for stabilized power transmission.
P6-Class Bearings: Both ends of the gear units are supported by P6-grade deep-groove ball bearings built to the strict EMQ (ZV2) standard. This controls internal vibration and resists sudden load shocks by focusing on optimal raceway surface roughness, ring roundness, and correct retainer design.
Lubrication & Seals: Features imported premium Mobil grease and authentic twin-lipped skeleton TC oil seals from the German brand Oubaisi to prevent any grease leakage.
The OMK-250C uses a proprietary stroke adjustment mechanism. Field technicians can adjust the open and close limits directly using the external top adjusting shaft, making commissioning fast, safe, and precise without needing to open the primary housing.

UG Software Simulation: Experienced engineers design every part in 2D and 3D based on classical actuator theory and field usage data. We verify structural fits and stress limits using UG (Unigraphics) software simulation before making the die-cast molds.
4-Axis Machining Centers: Fine metal machining is executed on high-precision, imported 4-axis CNC machining centers equipped with rapid pneumatic fixtures. Finished parts are measured on a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to guarantee all dimensions line up perfectly with design specifications.
