1. Ultra-Protected ADC12 Aluminum Enclosure

To survive the most punishing outdoor processing environments, the housing is constructed from premium ADC12 die-cast aluminum. The raw casting undergoes an extensive surface treatment regimen: artificial aging, shot-blasting, liquid impregnation (impregnation sealing), and surface oxidation.

It is finished with a premium thermo-sprayed AkzoNobel powder coating thicker than 0.2 mm that safely withstands temperatures above 150°C, preventing peeling, blistering, or corrosion under aggressive chemical vapors or continuous outdoor weathering.

2. High-Efficiency Motor with Heavy Torque Reserve

DC-powered networks often encounter field voltage fluctuations. To handle these fluctuations and clear stubborn pipeline scaling, OMKEE motors feature a 1.3x to 1.5x torque safety reserve. Parameters like thermal rise curves, rotational inertia, and insulation breakdown levels are heavily tested. This ensures the actuator can handle frequent start-stop full loads without stalling under peak pipeline stresses.

3. Spline Drive Connection & Forged Bronze Worm Gear

Managing 2500 Nm of torque requires an uncompromised drive joint. The internal worm wheel is forged from high-strength aluminum bronze alloy, paired with a 40Cr alloy steel worm shaft that has undergone thermal tempering and black-oxide anti-rust plating.

Instead of cheap, single-piece shafts that snap easily under sudden heavy torque shocks, the OMK-250G utilizes a robust spline connection to lock the output shaft and the worm gear together. This design spreads heavy mechanical torque evenly across the drive joint, protecting the assembly from stress failure at the shaft neck.

4. Precision Steel Gearbox & Low-Noise Bearings

  • Premium Reduction Gears: Cut entirely from high-grade quenched and tempered steel, the gear train delivers high fatigue strength, minimal wear, and low noise. The reduction gearbox box uses cast ADC12 aluminum for stabilized power transmission.

  • P6 Deep-Groove Bearings: Both ends of the gear units are held firmly by P6-grade deep-groove ball bearings built to the strict EMQ (ZV2) standard. This controls internal vibration and resists sudden load shocks by focusing on optimal raceway surface roughness, ring roundness, and correct retainer design.

  • Seals & Lubrication: Every unit is filled with imported high-performance Mobil grease and protected by dual-lipped skeleton TC oil seals from the German brand Oubaisi to ensure a leak-free lifespan.

5. Quick External Stroke Calibration

The OMK-250G features an intuitive stroke limit device. Field technicians can quickly calibrate the exact open and close points via an external top adjusting shaft, making commissioning faster, simpler, and highly precise without dismantling the shell.

  • UG Software Simulation: Experienced engineers design each part in 2D and 3D based on classical actuator theory and field failure analysis. Fits and stress points are verified via UG (Unigraphics) software simulation before die-cast molds are built.

  • 4-Axis Machining Centers: Fine metal cutting is executed on imported, high-precision 4-axis CNC machining centers equipped with rapid pneumatic clamps. Finished parts pass a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) check to ensure all dimensions meet strict engineering tolerances.

  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Before leaving the facility, 100% of production units must pass a mandatory multi-stage inspection sequence.

4.Extended Submersion IP68 Testing:0.2 MPa Positive Air Pressure for 10 Min。

Every actuator is submerged in water while its internal chamber is pressurized to 0.2 MPa via the waterproof cable inlet. Zero bubble emission for a full 10 minutes is required to clear the strict leak test.
