It is finished with a premium thermo-sprayed AkzoNobel powder coating thicker than 0.2 mm that safely resists constant working temperatures above 150°C without peeling, blistering, or corrosion under aggressive chemical vapors.

2. High-Efficiency Motor with Heavy Torque Reserve

Heavy-duty lines often face unexpected load spikes due to pressure changes or mineral scaling. Instead of weak, one-piece shafts that shear under intense torque loads, the OMK-250H utilizes a robust spline connection to lock the output shaft and the worm gear together. This design spreads heavy mechanical torque evenly across the joint, eliminating structural weak points at the shaft neck.

Premium Reduction Gears: Cut entirely from high-grade quenched and tempered steel, the gear train delivers high fatigue strength, minimal wear, and low noise. The reduction box uses cast ADC12 aluminum for stabilized power transmission.
P6 Deep-Groove Bearings: Both ends of the gear units are held firmly by P6-grade deep-groove ball bearings built to the strict EMQ (ZV2) standard.
