The inner copper worm wheel is forged from a high-wear aluminum bronze alloy, matched with a 40Cr alloy steel worm shaft that has undergone thermal tempering and black-oxide anti-rust plating.
Instead of weak one-piece shafts that shear under intense torque stress, the OMK-100F links the output shaft and worm gear using a heavy-duty spline connection. This choice spreads mechanical forces evenly across the drive joint.
Premium Reduction Gears: Cut entirely from high-grade quenched and tempered steel, the gear train delivers exceptional wear resistance, high fatigue strength, and low noise. The reduction gearbox housing uses cast ADC12 aluminum for stabilized power transmission.
P6 Deep-Groove Bearings: Both ends of the gear units are held firmly by P6-grade deep-groove ball bearings built to the strict EMQ (ZV2) standard. This controls internal vibration and resists sudden load shocks by focusing on optimal raceway surface roughness, ring roundness, and correct retainer design.
Seals & Lubrication: Every unit is filled with imported high-performance Mobil grease and protected by dual-lipped skeleton TC oil seals from the German brand Oubaisi to guarantee a zero-leak system.
The OMK-100F features an intuitive stroke limit device. Field technicians can quickly calibrate the exact open and close points via an external top adjusting shaft, making commissioning faster, simpler, and highly precise without dismantling the shell.
