The actuator enclosure is constructed from heavy-duty ADC12 die-cast aluminum. The raw metal undergoes artificial aging and shot-blasting before a thick thermo-sprayed powder coating is applied. The OMK-100D features an intuitive stroke limit device. Field technicians can quickly calibrate the exact open and close points via an external top adjusting shaft, making commissioning faster, simpler, and highly precise without dismantling the shell.
