The actuator shell is constructed from premium ADC12 die-cast aluminum. The raw casting undergoes specialized artificial aging and shot-blasting treatments to optimize structural density and strength. It is finished with a tough, thermo-sprayed powder coating thicker than 0.2 mm that can withstand continuous temperatures above 150°C without peeling or cracking.

2. Heavy-Duty Motor with 1.5x Torque Safety Reserve

Large industrial pipeline networks create heavy friction loads due to medium thickness or high system pressures. To prevent jamming, OMKEE motors are engineered with a 1.3x to 1.5x torque safety reserve. Crucial performance parameters—such as thermal rise curves, rotational inertia, and dielectric strength—undergo strict optimization and empirical testing. This ensures the actuator can handle frequent start-stop loops under full-load or overloaded conditions.

3. Spline Drive Connection & Forged Worm Gear Joint

The internal copper worm wheel is forged from a high-wear aluminum bronze alloy, paired with a 40Cr alloy steel worm shaft that has undergone precise thermal tempering and black-oxide anti-rust plating.

Instead of cheap one-piece structures that snap under heavy rotational shocks, the OMK-40A links the output shaft and worm gear using a heavy-duty spline connection. This choice spreads mechanical forces evenly across the drive joint, solving common snapping vulnerabilities.
