Enclosure & Housing: Made of premium ADC12 die-cast aluminum. The housing undergoes aging, shot blasting, and powder coating treatments. The powder coating thickness exceeds 0.2 mm and can withstand temperatures above 150°C.
Worm Gear & Worm Shaft: The worm gear is forged from a custom-proportioned aluminum-bronze alloy blank and precision-machined. The output shaft and worm shaft are crafted from 40Cr steel, heat-treated, and finished with a black oxide anti-rust coating. A highly reliable spline connection is used between the output shaft and the worm gear, eliminating the risk of twisting or snapping—a common defect in integrated structures due to material and processing limitations.
Reduction Gears: All reduction gears are precision-machined from high-quality quenched and tempered steel, offering high precision, high strength, low noise, anti-fatigue properties, and exceptional wear resistance. Both ends of the gear shafts are positioned with precision deep groove ball bearings to minimize noise and withstand strong shocks under long-term heavy loads. The reduction gearbox is die-cast from ADC12 aluminum alloy for superior strength and smoother transmission.
Heavy-Duty Motor: To meet the demanding requirements of complex industrial sites and precise regulation, OMK motors are engineered with a safety margin of 1.3 to 1.5 times the rated torque. Special optimizations are made for temperature rise, rotational inertia, and dielectric strength, backed by rigorous repeated testing to ensure frequent start-ups under full load or even overload conditions.
High-Precision Bearings: All bearings feature small clearance, low noise, and high precision, strictly adhering to the EMQ (ZV2) low-noise standard with a precision grade of P6. This low noise and vibration level is achieved through strict control of raceway and ball surface roughness, ring/ball roundness, and optimized retainer designs.
Stroke Control Mechanism: Equipped with an independently developed, unique stroke control device. Users can easily adjust the open/close limit switches via the top "adjustment shaft," making on-site commissioning simpler and more precise.
Oil Seals & O-Rings: Outfitted with premium imported German "Oubosu" (欧博斯) brand double-lip skeleton TC oil seals and sealing rings for superior leak prevention.
Lubrication: Pre-lubricated with imported premium Mobil grease, ensuring lifelong maintenance-free operation under normal conditions.
Advanced R&D Simulation: Every component is meticulously designed by engineers with over 10 years of experience, incorporating field-proven solutions. Using UG software, full 2D/3D component and assembly modeling along with kinematic simulations are completed before creating the die-casting molds.
Precision CNC Machining: Fine machining utilizes high-precision imported 4-axis CNC machining centers equipped with high-efficiency pneumatic fixtures. Post-machining dimensions are strictly verified using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to ensure all tolerances meet engineering blueprints.
Rigorous Factory Testing: Assembly strictly follows the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Before leaving the factory, every single unit must pass 4 rigorous stage-tests and a final inspection:
Torque Test: Every assembled unit undergoes strict torque testing to verify it achieves a 1.3x safety margin above the rated torque under both rated and negative voltage conditions.
Dielectric Voltage Test: Each unit is tested under 1500V high voltage. Any one of the three motor wires is connected for 1 minute; the insulation must not break down to pass.
Load Durability Test: Batch sampling is conducted for extended load tests. Selected units must run continuously under full rated torque for 48 hours without failure.
Airtightness & Waterproof Test: Every single actuator is submerged in water for a sealing test. Internal air pressure is pressurized to 0.2 MPa via the waterproof cable gland; it passes if no bubbles emerge within 10 minutes.
Final Inspection: A dedicated Quality Assurance team performs a comprehensive final inspection on all parameters before granting the shipping clearance.
