The OMK-20F Electric Actuator is a high-performance, part-turn valve driving device independently developed by Wuhan Omkee (omkee). The OMK series is characterized by its compact structure, ease of installation, premium quality, and exceptional reliability. Core Technical Advantages (Component Features)

The superior craftsmanship of the OMK-20F is reflected in every component, ensuring stable operation under complex and harsh industrial conditions:
  • Heavy-Duty Housing (ADC12 Die-Cast Aluminum): Treated with aging and shot blasting before powder coating. The coating thickness is >0.2 mm and can withstand temperatures above 150°C, providing excellent anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties.

  • High-Strength Transmission System:

    • Worm Gear & Worm: The copper worm gear is forged from an aluminum-bronze alloy based on optimized design ratios. The output shaft and worm are machined from 40Cr after heat treatment, followed by a blackening treatment for rust prevention. The output shaft and worm gear are connected via splines, eliminating the risk of snapping common in single-piece structures due to material or machining limitations.

    • Reduction Gears: Machined from premium quenched and tempered steel, offering high precision, high strength, low noise, excellent fatigue resistance, and wear resistance. Both ends of the reduction unit gears are positioned using P6-grade / EMQ (ZV2) standard low-noise deep groove ball bearings to withstand high-load impacts and suppress vibration.

  • Industrial-Grade Customized Motor: Designed to provide 1.3 to 1.5 times the rated torque. Special optimizations and rigorous experiments have been conducted on temperature rise, rotational inertia, and dielectric strength to ensure frequent starting under full load or even overload conditions.

  • Smart & Precise Control:

    • Stroke Control: Utilizes a uniquely developed stroke control device. The stroke limit switch is adjusted via the top "adjustment shaft", making commissioning simple and highly accurate.

    • Japanese Sakae Potentiometer: Uses an imported conductive plastic potentiometer (0-1000Ω). Equipped with a unique spring elimination mechanism to effectively remove gear backlash, minimize hysteresis, and guarantee continuous, real-time sampling for superior positioning accuracy.

    • High-Precision Position Transmitter: Supports both 4–20mA and 0–10mA systems. Features an external push rod with a displacement amplification device for high-precision measurement of micro-strokes within 10mm. The mechanical zero-adjustment mechanism overcomes the accuracy loss often caused by excessive zero migration in multi-electrode capacitive transmitters.

  • Premium Sealing & Lubrication: Equipped with imported "German Absolute (Obos)" brand double-lip skeleton TC oil seals and O-rings. Fully lubricated with world-renowned "Mobil" grease
