Both the output shaft and the worm are crafted from heavy-duty 40Cr alloy steel, fully heat-treated (quenched and tempered), and finished with a black-oxide coating for superior corrosion resistance. The output shaft and worm gear utilize a robust spline connection, preventing the common twisting or snapping defects seen in integrated single-piece shaft structures.

  • Precision Quenched Reduction Box: All reduction gears are precision-machined from high-quality tempered steel, boasting high accuracy, exceptional load capacity, low running noise, high fatigue limits, and superior wear resistance.
