2. Heavy-Duty Worm Gear & Drive Shaft Assembly
The copper worm gear is forged using an alloyed aluminum-bronze formula carefully proportioned for optimal resilience. The integrated output shaft and worm drive are machined from premium 40Cr alloy steel, structurally enhanced through quenching and tempering heat treatments, and protected via a black-oxide anti-rust coating. The output shaft pairs with the worm gear using a heavy-duty spline connection, preventing the mechanical twisting or snapping vulnerabilities common to low-grade unified cast-shaft structures.
3. Precision Hardened Reducer Gearbox
All internal speed reduction gears are precisely milled from superior quenched and tempered structural steels, boasting tight tolerances, excellent load capability, reduced running noise, and deep resistance to fatigue and abrasive wear. The rotating ends of the reduction gear trains are firmly anchored by high-accuracy deep-groove ball bearings to mitigate running noise and withstand immense mechanical shock loads. The reduction casing is cast independently from ADC12 alloy to maintain rigid gear alignment and smooth torque conversion.
4. Over-Engineered Industrial Electric Motor
To comfortably accommodate fluctuating industrial voltage supplies and demanding modulation tolerances, the electric motor is engineered to supply a safety margin of 1.3 to 1.5 times the rated torque.
