1. Heavy-Duty Enclosure

  • Material: Premium ADC12 die-cast aluminum alloy.

  • Surface Treatment: Subjected to aging treatment, shot blasting, and electrostatic powder coating. The coating thickness exceeds 0.2 mm with a heat resistance rating of over 150°C, ensuring excellent corrosion and weather resistance.

2. Advanced Worm & Gear System

  • Worm Gear: Forged from custom-formulated aluminum bronze alloy blanks and precision-machined.

  • Worm & Output Shaft: Crafted from 40Cr alloy steel, heat-treated for superior strength, and finished with a black oxide coating for anti-rust protection.

  • Spline Connection: The output shaft and worm gear utilize a highly reliable spline connection. This eliminates the vulnerability to bending or snapping often found in single-piece structures due to material and machining limitations.

3. Precision Gearbox & Reducer Unit

  • All reduction gears are precision-machined from high-quality quenched and tempered steel, offering high accuracy, high strength, low noise, fatigue resistance, and exceptional wear resistance.

  • Both ends of the reduction gears are supported by high-precision deep groove ball bearings to minimize running noise and withstand heavy shock loads.

  • The reduction gearbox is die-cast from ADC12 aluminum alloy, ensuring enhanced structural rigidity and smoother transmission.

4. Heavy-Duty Industrial Motor

  • To cope with complex field conditions and high-frequency modulation, all OMK motors are designed with a safety margin of 1.3 to 1.5 times the rated torque.

  • Critical parameters such as temperature rise, rotational inertia, and dielectric strength are specially optimized and rigorously tested to guarantee frequent start-ups under full load or even overload conditions.

5. High-Precision Bearings

  • Equipped with low-clearance, low-noise, high-precision bearings compliant with the EMQ (ZV2) standard, reaching a P6 precision grade.

  • The ultra-low noise and vibration levels are achieved through strict control of raceway/ball surface roughness, ring/ball roundness, and optimized retainer designs.

6. Unique Stroke Control Device

  • Features a proprietary stroke control mechanism. Users can easily adjust the limit switches via the top-mounted "Adjustment Shaft", making on-site commissioning simpler and more precise.

7. Superior Sealing & Lubrication

  • Oil Seals: Equipped with imported genuine "German Olborz" double-lip skeleton TC oil seals and O-rings for superior leak prevention.

  • Lubrication: Pre-lubricated with premium, high-end imported "Mobil" grease to ensure long-term smooth operation under extreme pressures.

Strict Quality Control & Manufacturing Guidelines

Every OMK actuator undergoes a meticulous lifecycle from design to final inspection:

  1. 3D Simulation Design: Components are designed by engineers with over 10 years of field experience. Detailed 2D/3D drawings are simulated via UG software before the die-casting molds are developed.

  2. CNC Machining & CMM Inspection: Parts are finished on imported high-precision 4-axis machining centers utilizing efficient pneumatic fixtures. Post-machining dimensions are strictly verified using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to guarantee compliance with tight engineering tolerances.

  3. Strict 5-Stage Testing Protocol: Before leaving the factory, every single assembled unit must pass five stringent tests:

    • Torque Test: Every unit is tested under rated and negative voltage to ensure it retains a safety margin of 1.3 times the rated torque.

    • Dielectric Voltage Test (Withstand Voltage): Tested at 1500V high voltage for 1 minute across the motor wiring to ensure zero insulation breakdown.

    • Load Endurance Test: Random batch samples undergo a continuous 48-hour full-load runtime test to verify long-term reliability.

    • Hermetic Sealing Test (Waterproof Test): Every actuator is submerged in water while being pressurized to 0.2 MPa via the waterproof cable gland. Zero air bubble leakage for 1 minute is required to pass.

    • Final Quality Inspection: A dedicated QA team performs a comprehensive visual and functional check on every unit prior to packaging.
