Enclosure / Housing Made of ADC12 die-cast aluminum alloy, treated with aging and shot-blasting, and finished with a high-durability powder coating. Coating thickness is >0.2 mm, with a thermal resistance exceeding 150°C.
Worm & Gear System The bronze worm gear is forged from custom-proportioned aluminum bronze alloy blanks and precision-machined. The output shaft and worm are crafted from 40Cr steel, heat-treated and finished with a black oxide anti-rust coating. The output shaft and worm gear utilize a highly reliable spline connection, eliminating the shearing and twisting risks commonly found in single-piece shaft structures.
Reduction Gears All reduction gears are precision-machined from premium quenched and tempered steel, offering high precision, high strength, low noise, excellent fatigue resistance, and superior wear resistance. Both ends of the gear reduction unit are stabilized with high-precision deep groove ball bearings to minimize noise and absorb heavy load impacts. The reduction gearbox is die-cast from ADC12 aluminum alloy for enhanced structural rigidity and smoother transmission.
Electric Motor Tailored for complex industrial environments and high-precision modulation. The motors are designed with a safety margin of 1.3 to 1.5 times the rated torque. Critical parameters such as temperature rise, rotational inertia, and dielectric strength have undergone rigorous optimization and repetitive stress testing to ensure reliable frequent starts under full or overloaded conditions.
Bearings All bearings feature minimal clearance, low noise, and high precision, strictly adhering to the low-noise EMQ (ZV2) standard with a precision rating of Class P6. Low noise and vibration levels are achieved through strict control of raceway/ball surface roughness, ring/ball roundness, and optimized cage design.
Stroke Control Utilizes a proprietary, uniquely designed stroke control device. The limit switches are adjusted via a top-mounted "Adjustment Shaft", making field commissioning simpler and significantly more precise.

  • Precision Machining:CNC machining is conducted using imported high-precision4-axis machining centersequipped with high-efficiency pneumatic fixtures.Post-machining dimensions are strictly verified using aCoordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)to guarantee compliance with specified tolerances.

  • Assembly & Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT):Assembly strictly follows theProduct Assembly Work Instructions.Every unit must pass4 stage-gates and a final comprehensive inspectionbefore factory release:

    1. Torque Test:Every single unit undergoes a strict torque test to verify that it maintains a safety margin of1.3 times the rated torqueunder both rated and negative voltage conditions.

    2. Dielectric Strength / Hi-Pot Test:Every unit is subjected to a high-voltage insulation test.A1500V ACvoltage is applied to any of the three motor leads; the wire insulation must not break down within1 minuteto pass.

    3. Load Cycle Test:Random batch sampling is conducted for continuous load testing.Sample units must operate normally under full load for48 continuous hoursto qualify the batch.

    4. Airtightness & Waterproof Test:Every unit undergoes a submerged sealing test.The internal cavity is pressurized to0.2 MPavia the waterproof cable gland; it passes if zero air bubbles escape within1 minute.

    5. Final Inspection:Dedicated QA/QC inspectors perform a comprehensive visual and functional check on every finished unit prior to packaging and dispatch.
