3-Phase Control Logic & Passive Feedback Architecture

The OMK-Ex05H is tailored for large-scale industrial infrastructure where 3-phase power is the standard for plant-wide motor control:

  • Phase-Reversal Commutation: Directional control is achieved through an external phase-reversing circuit. By swapping two phases of the 3-phase AC 380V supply, the actuator reverses the motor's rotation to perform opening or closing operations.

  • Passive Dry Contact Integration: The feedback circuit is electrically decoupled from the high-voltage motor supply. When the valve completes its $90^\circ$ travel, the mechanical limit cam trips a set of dry contacts. This provides a clean, unpowered confirmation signal to the plant's PLC or DCS, shielding sensitive control hardware from 380V surges.

Pre-Shipment Inspection Protocol

1.1.3x Torque Test:Under-Voltage Margin Verification。

2.Insulation Integrity Test:1500V High-Voltage Dielectric Test。

The motor phases are subjected to 1500V high-voltage stress for 1 minute to confirm zero insulation breakdown.

3.Thermal Endurance Test:48-Hour Continuous Operational Load。

Random batch samples are run continuously under full-load conditions for 48 hours to confirm mechanical durability and thermal stability.

4.10-Minute Submersion/IP68 Test:0.2 MPa Pressure Retention Test。
