  • Real-Time Digital Display: The unit features a bright, on-site digital display that shows the actual percentage opening of the valve in real-time, along with diagnostic fault codes for rapid troubleshooting without breaking the enclosure seal.

  • On-Site Control Flexibility: Operators can easily switch between Manual and Automatic modes on-site, allowing for local electrical manual adjustment during field commissioning or line maintenance.

  • Thyristor (SCR) Output Control: By utilizing high-reliability solid-state thyristor switching instead of traditional mechanical relays, the controller minimizes time lag, runs completely spark-free, and easily withstands a high duty cycle of up to 1,200 actions per hour.

  • Electronic Braking (Zero Oscillation): A proprietary electronic braking design cancels out the motor's rotational inertia. This achieves instant, single-step positioning with zero overshoot hunting, securing a tight 0.5% positioning accuracy.

1. Flameproof ADC12 Casing with Signal Separation

The flameproof joint paths are enclosed within a heavy housing cast from premium ADC12 aluminum alloy, subjected to artificial thermal aging and shot-blasting to withstand intense internal blast pressures. The outer layer features a thermo-sprayed powder coating thicker than 0.2 mm using outdoor-grade powder rated for temperatures above 150°C to resist aggressive chemical vapors.

Crucially, it features a dual electrical interface design (2 x G1/2 glands) to isolate power wires from delicate 4-20mA analog signal lines, entirely blocking electro-magnetic cross-interference.

2. Anti-Backlash Sakae Potentiometer Feedback

For highly responsive position tracking, the unit integrates a genuine conductive plastic potentiometer imported from Sakae (Japan) 

The potentiometer assembly features a unique spring-loaded backlash elimination mechanism that eliminates mechanical gear play, minimizes the actuator's dead band, and secures continuous, real-time sampling.

3. Forged Bronze Worm Gear & Spline Shaft Connection

The internal worm wheel is forged from a high-wear aluminum bronze alloy, paired with a heat-treated 40Cr alloy steel worm shaft finished with black-oxide anti-rust plating. To eliminate the risk of structural neck shearing under continuous modulation torque, the output shaft connects to the worm wheel via a high-strength spline joint that distributes mechanical stress evenly.

4. Precision Steel Gearbox & Low-Noise Bearings

All reduction gears are precision-cut from high-grade quenched and tempered steel. The entire gear train is supported on both ends by P6-grade deep-groove ball bearings that follow the low-noise EMQ (ZV2) standard. The chamber is packed with imported premium Mobil grease and sealed with dual-lipped skeleton TC oil seals from the German brand Oubaisi to ensure a leak-free lifespan.

5. Intuitive External Stroke Limits

The OMK-Ex05E uses a proprietary stroke adjustment mechanism. Field technicians can adjust the open and close limits directly using the external top adjusting shaft, making commissioning fast, safe, and precise without breaking open the main explosion-proof enclosure seals.

Design, Machining, and Quality Assurance Protocols

The OMK-Ex05E follows a rigorous, closed-loop manufacturing system managed by engineering experts with over 10 years of fluid control experience. All parts are modeled via UG (Unigraphics) software simulation before die-cast molds are built. Fine metal cutting is executed on imported, high-precision 4-axis CNC machining centers using pneumatic fixtures, and final tolerances are verified on a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).

Before leaving the facility, 100% of production units must pass a mandatory multi-stage inspection sequence:

1.Torque Verification Test:Rated Voltage & Under-Voltage Check。

Every unit is tested under rated and negative voltage limits to confirm it retains a 1.3x torque safety margin.

2.Dielectric High-Voltage Test:1500V - 1800V Insulation Check。

Insulation integrity is tested under high voltage (1500V for AC 110V/220V; 1800V for AC 380V) across any phase line for 1 minute to ensure zero insulation breakdown.

3.48-Hour Continuous Load Testing:Batch Sampling Audit。

Random production units undergo continuous full-load operational loops for 48 hours to confirm mechanical and thermal stability.

4.Submersion IP68 Sealing Test:0.2 MPa Positive Air Pressure。

Every actuator is submerged in water while its internal chamber is pressurized to 0.2 MPa via the waterproof cable inlets. Zero bubble emission for 1 minute is required to clear the strict leak test.
