Heavy-Duty ADC12 Casing: The flameproof flame path enclosure is cast from high-density ADC12 aluminum alloy, subjected to artificial thermal aging, and shot-blasted to withstand intense blast pressures. It is protected by a thermo-sprayed outdoor powder layer thicker than 0.2 mm that safely resists working temperatures above 150°C and aggressive chemical vapor corrosion.

Intrinsically Reliable Spline Drive: The internal copper worm gear is precisely forged from high-wear aluminum bronze alloy, matched with a tempered 40Cr alloy steel worm shaft finished with a black-oxide anti-rust treatment. The output shaft and worm wheel are linked via a robust spline connection, preventing rotational shock failure or snapping at the neck.

German Dual-Skeleton TC Seals: The valve actuator uses authentic, twin-lipped skeleton TC oil seals from the German brand Oubaisi, packed with imported Mobil synthetic grease to prevent internal vaporization or grease leaks.

External Calibration System: Limits can be calibrated in the field via OMKEE's proprietary top adjusting shaft. This enables fast, simple switch limit tuning without breaking open the primary explosion-proof enclosure seals.

The OMK-Ex05B follows a strict, zero-defect design and assembly pathway managed by engineers with over 10 years of fluid control expertise. All parts are modeled via UG software simulation, machined on imported 4-axis CNC machining centers, and verified by Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to lock in tolerances.
