1. Rugged ADC12 Aluminum Housing

The actuator shell is made from heavy-duty ADC12 die-cast aluminum. The raw metal goes through aging and shot-blasting treatments to maximize structural strength. Furthermore, it is coated with an advanced thermo-sprayed powder finish that is thicker than 0.2 mm. This durable layer can withstand constant temperatures above 150°C without cracking or peeling.

2. High-Torque Motor with Safety Reserve

Industrial pipelines often face unexpected friction spikes due to fluid thickness or high pressure. To solve this, OMKEE engineers the OMK-10B motor with a 1.3x to 1.5x torque safety reserve. Important factors like temperature rise, rotational inertia, and insulation strength are strictly tested. This ensures the actuator can start frequently and run smoothly under full or even overloaded conditions.

3. Advanced Spline Drive and Gear System

The copper worm wheel is forged from a high-grade aluminum bronze alloy, matched with a 40Cr alloy steel worm shaft that has undergone precise thermal treatment and black-oxide anti-rust plating.

Unlike weak one-piece structures that snap easily at the neck, the OMK-10B uses a heavy-duty spline connection to link the output shaft and the worm gear. This setup distributes mechanical stress evenly.
