OMKEE solves this by engineering the OMK-10A motor with a 1.3x to 1.5x torque reserve over its rated capacity. 3. Advanced Spline Connection & Worm Gear System

The copper worm wheel is forged from premium aluminum bronze alloy, matched with a 40Cr alloy steel worm shaft that has undergone precise thermal tempering and black-oxide anti-rust treatment.

Unlike fragile one-piece structures prone to shearing at the neck, the OMK-10A utilizes a high-strength spline connection between the output shaft and the worm gear, distributing mechanical stress evenly.
